• Step-by-Step Inspections: Checklist items are delivered one at a time. Reply with OK or FAIL to move forward.

• Failure Capture: On FAIL, add a description and optional photo. Issues are logged against the exact checklist item.

• AI Image Analysis: Submitted photos are analyzed to detect and describe issues. Operators can confirm or edit before submission.

• Real-Time Logging: Responses are recorded instantly. Inspection reports and issues are created automatically with notes and attachments.

• In-Chat Queries: Use the ASK command to check inspections, hours, or issues without leaving the conversation.
