Implementation Built Around Your Operation
One dedicated team plans your construction equipment software rollout, builds your integrations, and stays with you long after go-live.
Trusted by leading construction fleets.

Anyone Can Sell Features. Implementation Decides If It Works.
The typical handoff
- A new team takes over at go-live
- Integrations outsourced to a third party
- A data feed fails, and no one notices
- Every issue becomes a new ticket
The Clue approach
- One accountable team from kickoff onward
- In-house engineers build every integration
- Feeds monitored and repaired proactively
- A named success manager who stays on
Your First 12 Weeks

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does implementation take?
About 3 months for most fleets. Your go-live date is set together at kickoff.
What do we need to have ready?
Telematics credentials for each provider you use, and a master equipment list.
Do we need IT staff?
Not a full team. One IT contact tests your credentials in weeks 1 and 2.
What if our system is not on the integration list?
We review it at kickoff and scope the work with you. If it needs custom development, plan on 2 to 6 extra weeks.
Who owns our account after rollout?
Your customer success manager, once every module is through its first weeks of close support and you confirm the rollout worked.
