New at CLUE: Failed Checklist Items Now Become Work Order Tasks

When you run a checklist or inspection from a work order, each failed item can now become a task on that work order, so problems found during the job don’t get missed.

What’s New?

• Each failed item becomes a task on the work order
• The task goes to the person who ran the checklist and starts in To Do
• Any note added when an item fails becomes part of the task name, so the next person knows what’s wrong

This is off by default. Contact CLUE support to turn it on for your company, then run the checklist from the work order as usual.
