New at CLUE: Comment Threads on Inspection Issues

Inspection issues now have a full comment thread, just like work orders. Coach an operator, share an update about a repair, or ask a question right on the issue, without creating a work order to hold the conversation. When the issue does become a work order, its comments come along.

What’s New?

• Comment on any inspection issue and reply in threads
• Attach photos and files, and mention teammates
• The reporter is notified when someone comments on their issue
• Comments carry into the work order created from the issue

Go to Asset Health → Inspection Issues, open an issue and click the comments icon.
