We’ve rolled out a series of updates to make managing your parts inventory simpler, smarter, and more insightful.

What’s New

• Total Inventory Value: Instantly view the total value of all active parts, automatically calculated using each part’s unit cost and quantity.
• Turnover Ratio KPI: Track parts consumption with a new KPI showing turnover ratio, total parts value divided by parts consumption from the last two months.
• Parts Classification: Categorize parts (e.g., fast-moving, high-value) for better organization and tracking.
• Inventory Audits: Use the new Audit feature to pass or adjust inventory levels easily, and record who performed the audit and when it was completed.
• New Table Columns: The main inventory table now includes:
  • Parts Value
  • Class
  • Turnover Ratio
  • Last Audit Timestamp
