Assigning the right mechanic to a task just got faster. Now, on the web, you can filter mechanics by Job Title when adding or editing a Work Order task.

• Search Mechanics by Job Title: Easily find mechanics based on their job title.
• Multi-Select Titles: Select one or more job titles for more precise filtering.
• Select/Deselect All: Quickly select or deselect all titles with a single click.
• Instant Reset or Apply: Apply or reset filters instantly for quicker task assignment.
• Active Filter Badge: See a badge showing how many filters are currently active.

How to Try It

1. Open a Work Order → Add/Edit Task.
2. Click Assign Mechanic.
3. Use the Job Title filter to narrow down your list of mechanics.
4. Apply your selection and assign with confidence.

This update speeds up mechanic assignment and enhances workflow accuracy by allowing you to quickly filter and assign the right mechanic to the right task.
