• Effortless Batch Generation: Upload an Excel file with asset aliases or pass asset IDs directly to generate 300–600+ QR codes in a single request.
• Inspection & Fuel Report Support: Generate QR codes for both Inspection and Fuel Reports, with templates automatically selected based on asset type.
• Customizable Templates: The system auto-selects the correct template per asset type, or you can specify a custom template ID.
• Print-Ready PDFs: QR codes are formatted for standard 3”x3” label sheets, making it easy to print and apply.
• Secure Email Delivery: Once your batch is ready, receive a secure download link via email, no login required.
• Duplicate Prevention: The system identifies and avoids regenerating existing QR codes, streamlining the process.
