After you submit a fuel report, you can go back and review what was entered. This makes it easy to confirm the attached asset, gallons, and time. It provides you with an opportunity to fix small mistakes without creating a whole new report.

The Fuel Report list shows your recent fuel report entries in a single place. Each entry includes the asset name, gallons filled, and the time the report was submitted. This is useful when you want to double-check your work at the end of the day or correct any entries before someone else reviews it.

Who is This For?

This is useful for the people who enter fuel reports and the people who review them later.

  • Fuelers can check their recent entries and fix any mistakes
  • Supervisors can review fuel activity by team member

How to Use It

The Fuel Report list is meant for quick review and small edits. Open the list, find the entry you want, and update the field that needs to be corrected. If you need help with the original entry workflow, this works alongside Filing a Fuel Report.

1. Review Your Entries

Click or tap on the Fuel Report from the sidebar. Your recent entries are listed with the asset name, gallons filled, and timestamp. You can use Filters, Time Frame, and Fueled By to narrow the list down and find the entry you're looking for faster.

2. Editing a Mistake

While on the Fuel Report page tap on any entry to open it. Then tap on Tap to Edit on the gallons field and input the correct amount. The changes your make will sync right away, so the updated value will show up for you and others immediately.
