Reviewing and Editing Fuel Entries

What is this?

After submitting fuel reports, you can review everything you fueled and easily correct mistakes. The Fuel Report list shows each entry with asset name, gallons, and time.

Who is this for?

• Fuelers – Check your entries at the end of the day and fix mistakes.
• Supervisors – Review fuel activity by team members.

How to use it

Review your entries

Open Fuel Report from the menu. Your recent entries are listed with asset name, gallons filled, and timestamp. Use the Filters, Time Frame, and Fueled By buttons to narrow results.

Edit a mistake

Tap any entry to open it. Tap Tap to Edit on the gallons field to correct the amount. Changes sync immediately.
