New at CLUE: Request Assets with Specific Dropoff Location

You can now add an exact dropoff location when requesting assets, choose from entering an address, selecting a geo-fence, or dropping a pin on the map.

• Add a “Report To” Contact: Include a contact name and phone number for smoother communication.
• Seamless Dropoff Info: Dropoff details carry through to dispatch and delivery for accurate coordination.
• Mobile Navigation: The mobile app now shows the exact location and opens navigation to the pin for easy on-site directions.

This update improves delivery accuracy and reduces miscommunication, ensuring a smoother and more efficient workflow.
