Introducing Geofence Assignment, an automated system that keeps every asset mapped to the correct job site in real time.

Automatic Site Assignment

Assets are now assigned to a geofence the moment they enter it and unassigned when they leave. If an asset falls inside multiple sites, your organization settings determine whether all geofences are assigned or the closest one is selected.

This runs continuously in the background to maintain clean, reliable location data.

Geofence Column in Key Tables

A new Geofence column is now available in:

• Asset Directory
• Work Orders
• Preventive Maintenance Status
• Fault Codes
• Inspection Issues
• Asset Utilization

If an asset has one geofence, it’s shown. If it has more, the primary site is displayed with an additional count.

Geofence Filters

You can now filter by geofence across major views. Find all assets currently at a specific project, yard, or shop in seconds.

A new background engine processes:
