New at CLUE: Edit Clock-In and Clock-Out Times on Timecards

Users can now edit clock-in and clock-out times on submitted timecards, making it easier to ensure accurate time tracking.

• Editable Clock-In/Out Fields: Adjust clock-in and clock-out times directly on submitted timecards.
• Auto-Calculated Total Hours: Total hours are automatically recalculated when times are updated.
• Overlap Check: The system checks for overlaps when submitting the edited timecard.
• Locked Work Orders: Work orders that are locked cannot be edited.

Access

• Web: Go to Timecards → Edit.
• App: Go to Timecards → Select Entry → Edit.

This update applies to all users with timecard edit permissions and is available on both Web and Mobile for seamless management across devices.
