New at CLUE: New Feature for Assigning Projects to Asset Timecards

We’ve introduced a useful update to simplify managing your asset timecards. Here’s what’s new:

What’s New

• Project Assignment: You can now assign a billing project directly to an asset timecard. The system will pre-select the project based on the equipment’s current project, but you can manually override it without updating the equipment.
• Phase Tracking: A new phase field has been added to the timecard, allowing you to track specific project phases. The selected phase is saved in the timecard without altering the equipment’s details.
• Mandatory Fields: The system ensures that project or phase fields are completed, displaying a red asterisk (*) if required fields are missing, preventing any omissions during entry.

This update streamlines asset timecard management, improving project tracking and accuracy.
