Using Track Everything

Overview

Track Everything is CLUE's real-time location tracking module. Monitor the live positions of your assets, people, projects, and geofences all from one interactive map.

The Five Tabs

Track Everything has five tabs to filter what you see on the map:

All

Shows everything at once - assets, people, projects, and geofences combined on one map. This is the default view when you open Track Everything.

Assets

Filter to show only equipment and vehicles. Each marker represents a tracked asset with its current location. Click a marker to see:

  • Asset name and ID
  • Current location address
  • Last update timestamp
  • Status (moving, idle, stopped)

People

Shows the locations of tracked personnel. Useful for seeing where your team members are currently located in the field.

Projects

Displays project/job site locations. Helps you see which projects have activity and where your resources are deployed.

Geofence

Shows your defined geographic boundaries. The left panel lists all geofences - click any one to zoom to that location on the map. Geofences appear as shaded areas showing the boundary.

Use geofences to:

  • Set up alerts when assets enter or leave an area
  • Define job site boundaries
  • Create restricted zones
  • Track time spent at locations
