What vendors can do

• See the request — equipment, quantity, job site, and when the quote is due, all in one place.

• Send a quote — daily / weekly / monthly rates, availability, and any org-specific additional costs (RPP, pickup, delivery) as simple on/off line items. Their pricing is remembered, so repeat quotes take seconds.

• Suggest a change — propose a different unit, date, or terms when they can’t fill the request exactly as asked.

• Upload the signed contract — once you award the rental, the vendor attaches the paperwork right on the request.
