New at CLUE: Rental Rates Fill In From Your Vendor's Rate Sheet

Creating a rental no longer means looking up your negotiated rates. When you choose the asset type, CLUE fills in the daily, weekly and monthly rates from the selected vendor's active rate sheet, along with the vendor's default insurance and tax percentages. If another vendor has a lower rate for the same asset type, CLUE lets you know right in the form.

• Daily, weekly and monthly rates fill in from the vendor's active rate sheet
• Insurance and tax percentages fill in from the vendor's default fees
• A heads-up lists any vendor with a lower rate for the same asset type, cheapest first
• Every value stays editable, and the heads-up never blocks saving

Go to Organization → Rentals and click Register Rental.
