New at CLUE: Manage Your Own Job Titles

Your company can now manage its own list of job titles in CLUE. Add the titles your crews actually use, rename any title to match how your team talks, and deactivate the ones you no longer need so job title dropdowns stay short and relevant.

What’s New?

• Add, rename and deactivate job titles for your company
• Mark any title as Mechanic or Driver, so the right people appear when you assign a mechanic to a work order or a driver to a transport in Dispatch
• Move people to another title in one step when you deactivate a title they still hold

Go to Company Settings > Organization > Job Titles and click New Job Title.
