With our latest update, the Invoice Number field now fills in automatically using the Work Order number + incremental suffix (e.g., WO number followed by -01, -02). This time-saving feature ensures more accurate and efficient invoicing.

How It Works

• On New Invoice: The Invoice Number field is locked. After saving the invoice, the backend automatically assigns the number.
• Numbering Pattern: Follows the Work Order number + incremental suffix (e.g., WO-01, WO-02).
• Web and Mobile Access: Available across both web and mobile (iOS/Android).

Availability

Once enabled for your organization, this feature will apply automatically for all users.
