We’re excited to introduce an AI-powered feature that simplifies the repair request process by automatically generating issue descriptions from photos. Submitting repair requests just became faster and more efficient!

What’s New?

• AI-Powered Descriptions: Upload or take a photo of an equipment issue, and let AI analyze it to auto-generate the repair issue description.
• Compatibility: Available on both iOS and Android devices.
• Feature Availability: This feature is enabled for organizations that have it activated.

How It Works

1. Open 'Repair Request' from the main menu or asset details.
2. Attach a photo by using your camera or selecting from your photo library.
3. Clue’s AI analyzes the image and automatically fills in the issue description.
4. You can review, edit, or clear the description before submitting.
5. If you’ve already typed a description manually, the AI won’t overwrite it.
