Project Productivity helps you measure how equipment is performing on a job site. It gives your team a clearer view of output, cycle speed, and site activity so you can spot delays, compare projects, and make better operating decisions.
Project Productivity is part of the Insights section in CLUE. It focuses on job site performance and shows metrics like load counts, cycle times, and volume moved so teams can track efficiency over time.
If you want a broader reporting view beyond one project, this fits naturally with Understanding Fleet Reports.
Start in the Insights section of the main menu.
Go to Insights > Project Productivity.
From there, you can choose one project or look across all projects, depending on what you want to review.
Project Productivity is built around a few core metrics. These numbers help your team understand how much work is getting done, how fast cycles are moving, and where performance may be slowing down.
This shows the amount of material moved on the job.
It is measured in units like cubic yards or tons and is calculated from load data. Use it to track progress against production targets.
This shows how many loads were completed.
You can use it to review production by asset, by shift, or by day, and compare actual output against expected targets.
This shows how long one full load cycle takes.
That usually includes loading, hauling, dumping, and returning. Reviewing cycle time can help you spot slowdowns and compare performance across operators or jobs.
This metric is mainly used for excavation work.
It tracks the time between bucket cycles and helps measure excavator efficiency and operator performance.
The All Projects view helps you compare multiple job sites in one place. This is useful when you want to understand which sites are performing well and which ones may need attention.
From this view, you can review:
Once you open a specific project, CLUE shows a more detailed breakdown of performance. This helps your team move from a high-level view into the numbers behind that project.
Inside a project, you can review:
If project setup needs attention first, Creating a New Project and Setting Project Operation Hours are the next pages that usually matter most.
A few simple habits can make Project Productivity more useful. The goal is to compare performance in a fair way and use the data to improve planning, not just to watch numbers move.
