Viewing User Activity Status

Track when users are active and their recent actions in CLUE.

Activity Indicators

• Online - Currently active in web or mobile app
• Idle - Logged in but inactive
• Offline - Not currently logged in

Viewing Status

1. Go to Directory > People
2. Look for status indicators next to names
3. Click a person to see detailed activity

Activity Details

The user detail view shows:

• Last Login - When they last signed in
• Last Activity - Most recent action
• Device - Web or mobile app
• Location - If GPS is enabled

Use Cases

• Verify field workers are using the app
• Check if dispatched crews are active
• Monitor adoption of the system

• Activity status updates in near real-time
• Encourage mobile app usage for accurate tracking
• Use for safety check-ins on remote projects
