People directory with permission levels
Users have different access levels based on their role

Permissions control what users can see and do in CLUE.

Permission Levels

  • View - Can see data but not change it
  • Edit - Can modify existing records
  • Create - Can add new records
  • Delete - Can remove records
  • Admin - Full control including settings

Common Roles

  • Operator - View assets, complete inspections
  • Mechanic - View/edit work orders, add labor
  • Manager - Full access to their division
  • Admin - Company-wide settings access

Division-Based Access

Users can be restricted to see only their division's data:

  • Assets owned by their division
  • Projects in their area
  • People in their team

Checking Permissions

  1. Go to Directory > People
  2. Click on a user
  3. View their Role and Permissions
