Linking People to Assets

Link people to assets to track who operates or is responsible for equipment.

Types of Links

• Primary Operator - Main person assigned to the asset
• Secondary Operator - Backup or shared operator
• Responsible Person - Accountable for the asset

Linking from People

1. Go to Directory > People
2. Click on a person's name
3. Find the Assigned Assets section
4. Click Add Asset
5. Select the asset and relationship type

Linking from Assets

1. Go to Directory > Assets
2. Open an asset's detail view
3. Find Assigned Operators
4. Add the person
