Viewing Asset Work History

Overview

Every asset in CLUE maintains a complete work history including work orders, fault codes, and inspection issues. This history helps you understand maintenance patterns and make informed decisions about equipment.

Accessing Work History

Step 1: Navigate to DIRECTORY → Assets.

Step 2: Click on an asset to open its detail panel.

Step 3: Look for the work history sections showing linked records.

Types of History Records

Work Orders

View all maintenance performed on the asset:

  • Completed repairs and services
  • Open work orders in progress
  • Work order types (PM, Repair, Machine Down)
  • Labor hours and parts used

Fault Codes

See diagnostic trouble codes reported by the asset:

  • Active and historical fault codes
  • Severity levels (Critical, Warning, Info)
  • When codes were triggered and cleared

Inspection Issues

Review problems found during inspections:

  • DVIR issues reported by operators
  • Resolution status and dates
  • Associated work orders created
