Overview

The Inspection Calendar provides a visual overview of inspection completion across your fleet. Track daily compliance rates and identify which assets or operators are missing inspections.

Accessing the Inspection Calendar

Step 1: Navigate to MAINTENANCE → Inspection Issues.

Step 2: Look for the calendar or report view option.

Understanding the Calendar View

The calendar displays:

  • Daily cells - Each day shows inspection status
  • Color coding - Green (complete), Yellow (partial), Red (missed)
  • Completion rate - Percentage of required inspections completed

Reading Completion Metrics

Key metrics shown:

  • Total Required - Inspections that should have been done
  • Completed - Inspections actually submitted
  • Completion Rate - Percentage completed
  • Issues Found - Problems reported during inspections

Drilling Down

Click on any day to see:

  • Which assets were inspected
  • Which assets were missed
  • Who performed each inspection
  • Issues reported that day

Using for Compliance

The calendar helps with:

  • Identifying operators who consistently miss inspections
  • Tracking fleet-wide DVIR compliance
  • Generating compliance reports for audits
  • Setting inspection completion goals
