What is this?
Every completed inspection in Clue can be exported as a branded PDF report. The PDF includes your company logo, equipment details (make, model, serial number, engine hours, odometer), the inspector's name, the project, and every checklist item with its result. Use it for compliance records, customer deliveries, or shop files.
Who is this for?
- Equipment Managers - Pull inspection records for audits, insurance claims, or equipment sales.
- Safety Managers - Archive DVIR reports as compliance documentation.
- Dispatchers - Print post-delivery inspection reports for customer sign-off.

- Use the PDF for post-delivery sign-off. Print the inspection PDF and have the customer sign it when equipment is delivered to a jobsite.
- Save PDFs for insurance claims. A branded inspection report with photos, timestamps, and inspector names carries weight with adjusters.
- Export monthly for compliance. Set a reminder to export all inspections at month end. Archive the file for DOT or OSHA records.
