Overview

After creating scheduled reports, you may need to modify their settings, pause delivery, or delete them. Manage all your scheduled reports from a central location.

Accessing Scheduled Reports

Step 1: Navigate to INSIGHTS → Reports.

Step 2: Find the "Scheduled Reports" or "My Schedules" section.

Viewing Your Schedules

The list shows:

  • Report name and type
  • Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Recipients
  • Next scheduled delivery
  • Status (Active/Paused)

Editing a Schedule

Step 1: Click on the schedule to edit.

Step 2: Modify settings as needed:

  • Change frequency or time
  • Add or remove recipients
  • Update report parameters

Step 3: Save changes.

Pausing a Schedule

Temporarily stop delivery without deleting:

  1. Select the schedule
  2. Click Pause or toggle to Inactive
  3. Resume later when needed

Deleting a Schedule

Permanently remove a scheduled report:

  1. Select the schedule
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Troubleshooting Delivery

If reports aren't being delivered:

  • Check recipient email addresses
  • Verify schedule is Active
  • Check spam folders
  • Confirm you have permission to run the report

Tips

  • Review schedules periodically for relevance
  • Remove recipients who no longer need reports
  • Consolidate similar schedules to reduce email volume
