After creating scheduled reports, you may need to modify their settings, pause delivery, or delete them. Manage all your scheduled reports from a central location.
Accessing Scheduled Reports
Step 1: Navigate to INSIGHTS → Reports.
Step 2: Find the "Scheduled Reports" or "My Schedules" section.
Viewing Your Schedules
The list shows:
Report name and type
Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Recipients
Next scheduled delivery
Status (Active/Paused)
Editing a Schedule
Step 1: Click on the schedule to edit.
Step 2: Modify settings as needed:
Change frequency or time
Add or remove recipients
Update report parameters
Step 3: Save changes.
Pausing a Schedule
Temporarily stop delivery without deleting:
Select the schedule
Click Pause or toggle to Inactive
Resume later when needed
Deleting a Schedule
Permanently remove a scheduled report:
Select the schedule
Click Delete
Confirm deletion
Troubleshooting Delivery
If reports aren't being delivered:
Check recipient email addresses
Verify schedule is Active
Check spam folders
Confirm you have permission to run the report

Review schedules periodically for relevance
Remove recipients who no longer need reports
