We’ve improved the clock-in process to ensure all required information is completed before starting a new timecard.
What’s New
- New Validation: Prevents starting a new clock-in if required fields (e.g., Cost Code) are missing on an open timecard.
- “Missing Required Data” Alert: Guides users to complete the existing clock-in first, ensuring no incomplete entries.
- Automatic Closure: Starting a new clock-in automatically closes the previous one, as long as all required fields are complete.
This update helps improve accuracy and ensures that all necessary information is captured before starting a new timecard.
