New at CLUE: Improved Dispatch Creation & Management Experience

We’ve rolled out several updates to make dispatch creation and management clearer, faster, and more accurate, streamlining your entire process.

What’s New

  • Streamlined Dispatch Creation: The dispatch form now only displays relevant fields based on the dispatch type. Enter start and end dates quickly by typing or selecting from the calendar.
  • Transportation Updates: Choose how items will be moved—by driver, truck, vendor, or foreperson. You can even add extra trucks or trailers directly from the dispatch form when needed.
  • Clearer Pickup & Dropoff Details: Dedicated sections for pickup and dropoff, with autocomplete contact suggestions or manual input. Maps appear automatically when available.
  • Enhanced Dispatch Detail View: Transportation information is grouped clearly, including additional vehicles. Pickup and dropoff tooltips show time, location, and contact details. Delivery notes now feature thumbnail previews of attachments for easier review.
  • Simplified Status Updates: Dispatch statuses automatically adjust based on the transport method selected.
  • Main Table Improvements: New columns for pickup time, dropoff details, and equipment notes. Tooltips throughout the table provide quick access to essential information.
