Define operation hours for each project to track when work should occur. Operation hours support scheduling, alerts, and utilization reporting.
Setting Operation Hours
Step 1: Navigate to DIRECTORY → Projects and select a project.
Step 2: Find the Operation Hours or Schedule section.
Step 3: Set the operation start time.
Step 4: Define work days (e.g., Monday-Friday).
Step 5: Save changes.
Configuration Options
- Start Time - When work day begins (e.g., 7:00 AM)
- End Time - When work day ends (e.g., 5:00 PM)
- Work Days - Which days of the week
- Timezone - Project's local timezone
How Operation Hours Are Used
After-Hours Alerts
Receive notifications when:
- Equipment moves outside operation hours
- Assets are used on non-work days
Utilization Calculations
Reports can show:
- Utilization during work hours only
- After-hours usage separately
