This session uses a JHA, safety inspection, or site announcement as a post template.
Start in a Project detail slide-in. See the chalkboard icon, its unread badge, the Bulletin Board menu item after Cost Detail, and the deep link ending in /bulletin.
Review the unread dot, template icon, post title, status badge, author, and template name. Use Search posts. See the Action Required, Completed, Acknowledged, Agreed, Disagreed, and Signed badges.
Open Posted By, Template, Read Status, and Action Status. Select Read, Unread, Action Required, Completed, and No Action Required. Review the filter count, Clear filter, and Clear Filter.
Review the template chip, author, job title, date, time, location, project, sections, and designee summary. Open Signatures, Agreements, and Acknowledgments. Use Print Name, Agree, Disagree, Acknowledge, and Undo. See how the action footer changes for a designee.
Open Comments. Add an @mention, image, or file. Open an image in the lightbox. Use Download PDF from the header and More menu. Use Mark as Unread without leaving the post.
Use Select Template, Search templates, and New Post. Complete Post Title and each section. Review Designees and the Action required line. Add or remove team members. Press Post. Use Edit, Select All, Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, and Cancel.
The last 15 minutes are set aside for live Q&A.
